- Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (GROSS INCOME)
- A credit report and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
- Employment verification: 4 recent pay stubs and verbal confirmation of employment.
- Employed for a minimum of 6 months at current employment.
- Verification of prior rental history up to 3 years (when possible).
- $50 application fee non-refundable to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application
- $300 to reserve an apartment (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval) but will go towards your deposit.
- The deposit on any size apartments starts at $1000.00.
- *Pet rent $40 per pet.
- Resident's utilities : water, sewer, garbage, electricity.
- ***Renters Insurance is MANDATORY****
- 1-Bedroom 1 Bath - 3 occupants per apartment.
- 2- Bedroom 1Bath - 5 occupants per apartment.
- ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON AN APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
